Ai3 is excited to announce that the new Hosmer Elementary School in Watertown, MA is substantially complete! This successful project was a collaborative effort between Ai3, the City of Watertown, the Watertown School Department, the OPM (Hill International), and the General Contractor (Brait Builders Corporation).
The new 143,500sf building will soon accommodate 590 elementary school students in grades K-5 and 200 pre-kindergarten and preschool students in its Early Childhood Learning Center. Upon completion, the fully-electric Hosmer Elementary School became the largest Net Zero Energy elementary school building in operation within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
