Ai3 is excited to announce that the new Kennedy Middle School in Natick, MA is substantially complete! This successful project was a collaborative effort between Ai3, the Town of Natick, Natick Public Schools, the MSBA, the OPM (The Vertex Companies), and the General Contractor (Brait Builders Corporation).
The new 182,195sf four-story building will soon accommodate 1,000 students in grades 5-8 on a site surrounded by wetlands, vernal pools, and mature woodlands, which inspires both the exterior and interior of the school.
