On June 13, 2023, the Town of Norwood held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new Coakley Middle School project. The new 187,840sf four-story middle school will serve 1,070 students in grades 5-8 and will occupy the existing school site.
Ai3 is excited to continue collaborating with the Town, the School Department, the MSBA, the OPM (The Vertex Companies), and the Construction Manager (W.T. Rich Company) in making this beautiful new school come to life for the students, staff, and community of Norwood, MA.
