On Monday, May 19th, a groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new Whitman Middle School.
Since applying to the MSBA’s Core Program in 2019, the Whitman-Hanson Regional School District has been waiting for this momentous occasion! While the schoolwork is ramping down, construction efforts are ramping up to take advantage of the coming summer, which will include installation of utilities, concrete foundations, and the start of steel erection. By the time the students return in the fall, they can expect to see half the structural steel erected!
Ai3 is excited to continue collaborating with the Town, the School District, the MSBA, the OPM (Colliers), and the General Contractor (Fontaine Bros.) in making this beautiful new school come to life for the students, staff, and community of Whitman, MA.
