On June 3rd, Ai3 team members toured what is scheduled to be the first LEED 4.0 Platinum and LEED Zero Energy certified high school in the country – Ai3’s very own Watertown High School! With construction nearing substantial completion, this tour provided team members the opportunity to see a substantially furnished project and get a taste of the punchlist process that our Construction Administration team coordinated with the General Contractor and the Owner’s Project Manager. The extensive PV solar canopies and rooftop panel installation is ongoing across the site, with students and faculty expected to move into the building this coming 2026/2027 school year.
