On Friday, April 26th, the City of Central Falls held a groundbreaking ceremony for their new state-of-the-art Central Falls High School project. The new 123,844sf, four-story high school is designed to accommodate Central Falls’ diverse population of 751 students in grades 9-12 and will offer career technical programs in fields such as Environmental Engineering, Law and Advocacy, and Engineering and Robotics. The compact building footprint, located at the corner of Lonsdale Avenue and Higginson Avenue, will maximize open green space for community use and outdoor classrooms for students and teachers.
Ai3 is excited to continue collaborating with the City, the School District, RIDE, Peregrine Group (the Owner’s Project Manager), and Brait Builders Corporation (the General Contractor) in making this beautiful new city icon come to life for the students, staff, and community of Central Falls, RI.
