On December 20, 2023, the Town of Norwood held a topping off ceremony for the new 187,840sf Coakley Middle School, which will serve 1,070 students in grades 5-8. The building is really starting to take shape, with the steel structure nearly complete. It’s exciting to be able to fully envision the final form of the building and its placement on the existing school site.
Ai3 is excited to continue collaborating with the Town, the School Department, the MSBA, the OPM (The Vertex Companies), and the Construction Manager (W.T. Rich Company) in making this beautiful new school come to life for the students, staff, and community of Norwood, MA.
