Ai3 is excited to announce that the new Cunniff Elementary School in Watertown, MA is substantially complete! This successful project was a collaborative effort between Ai3, the City of Watertown, the Watertown School Department, the OPM (Hill International), and the General Contractor (Brait Builders Corporation).
The new 79,883sf three-story building will soon accommodate 385 elementary school students in grades K-5. Upon completion, the fully-electric Cunniff Elementary School became the first Net Zero Energy school building in operation within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
