Located in the heart of Central Falls, this new 66,695 sq. ft. dual-language Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 8 school is designed to serve a diverse student population within a single, cohesive learning environment; minimizing transitions and fostering long-term continuity before students enter high school. Many students arrive in Central Falls facing the challenges of adapting to a new country and culture. This school is envisioned as a welcoming home where they can learn, grow, and build community over the course of their formative years.

The new Central Falls Dual Language PK-8 School supports this mission through innovative programs and purpose-built spaces, including a Community Health Clinic, a “Newcomers” program, and dual-language push-in support spaces directly adjacent to each classroom. Responding thoughtfully to the surrounding urban fabric, the design features a compact footprint, a stepped three-story classroom core that maximizes natural light and ventilation, and a flexible outdoor green space that serves both the school and the broader community.
