Ai3 transformed the Cardinal Spellman High School campus through multiple design projects that helped the private Catholic school achieve their Master Plan goals. As part of the “Cardinal Spellman in the 21^st Century” campaign, Ai3 prepared a Master Plan and Conceptual Design options for multiple renovation and new construction projects across the campus. The projects included a new fitness and training center and 21^st Century science lab renovations. One of the cornerstone projects included transforming the existing underutilized convent building into a new media and student center. The project required the removal of non-structural interior partitions.  The newly created media and student center is a hub for students and staff, equipped with a media bar, private study carrels, a professional development classroom, and flexible group study environments.
