Ai3 is excited to announce that the new Beverly Middle School in Beverly, MA is substantially complete! This successful project was a collaborative effort between Ai3, the City of Beverly, the Beverly School District, the MSBA, the OPM (CBRE | Heery), and the Construction Manager (Agostini/Bacon Construction Co.).
The new 231,509sf four-story building will soon accommodate 1,395 middle school students and includes unique features such as outdoor classrooms, an amphitheater, integrated collaboration spaces, and distributed dining.
